This artist is the remarkable Polish concept artist Darek Zabrocki.
The love for art begins immediately, when he was three years old in fact began to draw and paint.
The skill in these disciplines grew in step with age, along with the curiosity and interest in new types of techniques and new media.
The idea of being able to contribute to the creation of great films and/or videogames products has always been clear in his mind and Darek becomes aware of it especially when, in 2007, he buys his first tablet and starts working digitally.
So step by step the first commissions comes and, as often happens, he finds no other way but to be an artist both in life and profession.
Darek really loves everything related to the creative process, not only the purely realization but also the subsequent sharing with those who, like him, appreciate the art for what it is. In fact, many times, for those who do this job, it is easy to be bound in creativity for the mere satisfaction of the customer, but for Derek this is not a limit but rather a challenge to improve himself, a real growth path.
The challenge in fact allows him to be more and more creative, trying to implement projects that are not only credible but also functional.
In 2012, together with Wojtek Fus, he founded Level Up (http://www.fusroda.com/) an educational and learning platform aimed at aspiring artists. Among the major projects to which we took part we mention Assassin’s Creed: Syndicate for Ubisoft, Maze Runner: Death Cure, Mindhunter (for Netflix), Halo Wars 2, Horizon: Zero Dawn and Rigs: Mechanized Combat League for Guerrilla Games Cambridge.
