Talent, creativity, technique, knowledge and curiosity are only some of the characteristics that belong to this extraordinary Digital Artist, born and raised in Milan but nowadays known in the whole world thanks to her amazing works.

Edvige always felt drawing and painting as a need, almost an emotional obligation, since she was a very little child with an unusual creative maturity.

That’s why Edvige chose art as a way to escape reality and to explore other worlds that otherwise she would never have the chance to meet.

She chooses an artistic education: first she graduates at the Istituto Europeo di Design (IED) in Milan, then she attends fine arts courses, photography courses and – why not? – she studies philosophy as well.

Her insatiable hunger for knowledge helped her keeping her already thriving creativity always fresh.

At the same time, she learned how to put the technical aspects of visual communication into practice.

She starts working as an Illustrator and Art Director for publishing companies, magazines and advertising agencies, but then she decides to quit in order to follow her biggest dream: to become a Concept Artist.

So she moves to Los Angeles, where she attends the Gnomon School of Visual Effects and later takes part in the Aaron Sims Company team, one of the biggest production studios in Hollywood, which in a sense marked her debut as a professional.

Specialized in 2D and 3D Concept Design, Environment Design, Creature, Character, Props Design and Matte painting, Edvige is today a major Digital Artist in entertainment worldwide.

She collaborated to successful movie productions such as  Maleficent, Jupiter Ascending, Dawn of the Planet of the Apes, Pirates of the Caribbean and Sin City.

She also worked with the biggest videogame production studios and created concepts for titles such as Assassin’s Creed, Final Fantasy and Need for Speed.

A true digital art living legend.
