Greg Strangis is a Creature and Character Artist and Facial Modeler, active in the movie and gaming industries and based in Toronto, Canada.
After studying Foundation Design at the Vancouver Film School, he began his career working as a freelance Character Artist and RP Sculptor, with a particular focus on 3D printing of toys, collectibles and idols.
He then switched to video games, first at Kaos Studios and later at Rockstar Games, where he earned the chance to create characters for AAA titles such as GTA 5, Max Payne 3, Red Dead Redemption and HomeFront.
Currently Greg holds the position of Principal Creature and Blendshape Artist at MrX Toronto, where he takes care of creating high quality creature assets for both feature films and television.
He is also a traditional figurative sculptor, who has carved out his skills by attending several workshops with the likes of Robert Bodem, Brian Boothe Craig, Andrew Cawrse.
