Jeff White is undoubtedly a super talented digital artist, with technical knowledge and a truly exceptional artistic vision.
In his early years, Jeff, an art lover, graduated in Cinema and Photography at Ithaca College and then completed a Masters in Fine Arts at Savannah College of Art and Design.
One of his first professional experiences was as Technical Director for Laika Studios, a stop-motion animation production.
In 2002, Jeff joined ILM as a Creature Technical Director and participated in a wide variety of films, including Lemony Snicket: A series of unfortunate events, War of the Worlds, Revenge of the Fallen, The Avengers and Kong: Skull Island, receiving the Oscar nomination for the best visual effects, as well as a nomination from the Visual Effects Society for outstanding Visual Effects.
Together with Jason Smith (and other colleagues) he created the procedural riggingBlock Party, which he was honored by the Academy of Arts and Sciences of Cinema with a Technical Achievement Award.
